At VAYRA, we strive to process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery to our customers. We understand, however, that sometimes changes in your order may be necessary. Our Cancellation Policy outlines the steps and conditions for canceling an order after it has been placed.
Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing their order for a full refund. Cancellation requests made after this period will be subject to review, as the order may have already been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and customers will need to follow our Return Policy procedures.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@vayraonline.in with your order ID and cancellation request. If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will confirm it via email and process your refund within 5-7 business days. For prepaid orders, refunds will be made to the original payment method. For COD orders, we will process the refund via bank transfer or offer store credit.
In cases where the product is out of stock or there is an unforeseen issue on our end, VAYRA reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer. We will notify you immediately in such situations and provide alternative product suggestions whenever possible.
Please note that repeated cancellations from the same customer account may result in limitations or suspension of service, as excessive cancellations affect our inventory management and delivery processes. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before confirming payment.
